If some of your playlists contain a large number of tracks (for example, a playlist containing your entire music collection), reorganize or delete these playlists and then update your music library index. If you have exceeded this limit, some of your playlists or songs will not be visible in the Imported Playlists section of your music library. Sonos can index a maximum of 1,000 playlists, with up to 40,000 songs total within all of your imported playlists. Check to make sure the My Music folder has been added to Sonos by following the steps in our article on adding your music library. If your playlist is saved in another format, Sonos cannot import it into your music library.
